Left a message that I or my attorney call immediately regarding my name and my social security #. He said that if he does not hear from me right away it will be turned over to the State. He kept repeating the urgency and God Bless me as this situation is a serious matter. Good Luck to me and I need to call him back right away. This is the third phone call I have received and they leave a message full of fear and seriousness.
When I call the number back it has no company name, persons name just a robotic message that says the person can not answer the call right now. I left 2 messages on the numbers left. I am going to get some information from whoever this is and report all communication to the authorities,,,,Quite convincing and nerve wrecking but I calmed down after I read the many warnings from others like myself that this is a scam. This is unbelievable and it needs to be reported and STOPPED...

They said it was legal matter due to a payday loan I suppposedly took out. They also said I had one hour to make payment arrangements with them after that it would be too late for them to help. I couldn't even hardly understand them due to the static, background noise and horrible accent.
