I was called by a paralegal at this office and they explained it was regarding a bad check i wrote out of my bank of america account. the check was returned as nsf, i checked my records and they were correct. I talked to the attorney there and he was very kind and very helpful.

this guy with a heavy Indian accent called me yesterday at my job and told me i had an outstanding loan with cashnetusa.com. i told him i would contact cashnetusa on my own to see if i had an outstanding loan and he told me i couldn`t do that. i hung up on him and he called me back at work 6 times in a row. i got ahold of cashnetusa and as i thought i had no loan activity with them. they gave me a fraud number to contact. The Indian guy called me again today and i told him to NOT call me ever again because I had called the fraud department on him.
