"Eric" said he was FROM MICROSOFT TECHNIAL SUPPORT CENTER informing me that MICROSOFT has detected that every time I've been logging on to my computer a malicious software has been downloaded to it. He had a heavy Indian? accent and there was a lot of background talking, like from a call center.

Said he worked for Window and they have been getting info for the past two weeks that hackers were trying to hack my computer and he wanted to fix it now. I said no way in hell,because the number he dialed was my mother's phone who doesn't even have a computer. - though he knew the name. BEWARE!
