received the same call as others have already commented - same thick, frankly laughable, accent. Same vague reference to "action" and enforcement, but noticed he stopped short of real meaningful terms. Caller id said Robert Bayliff but i have also received other calls and the caller id reflects local people, once it actaully said i was calling myself.
No intention of calling back unless i need to play with these people for sport and personal amusement...

Keith "Maatin" called for my daughter suggesting that she call back right away because enforcement action had been started against her and this was her and this was her werbal (verbal!) notification! If she was too busy to call back, she better get a lawyer, because she was in for a big legal mess!!! Sounded like he had to pause for someone to give him the call back number! But he did tell her to have a "Blessed Day"... how thoughtful of this lowlife!!!!!

Got the same call as crazybaglady22. guy sounded like a boston accent, and said he was with the us department of treasury and wanted the name and number of my lawyer who would represent me. I was having fun with him on the phone, and mentioned legal notices have to be mailed, which then I had him give me my address (he had a very old one).
he gave me the same number he called me with and told me I could talk to his Officer Brian king if i had any questions about the validity of the call.
Definite scam.

I just got a call from these guys with the caller ID saying it was "Robert Baliff." Being that I didn't recognize it, I ignored it but the voice mail was a laughably thick accent on a poor connection (with even worse pronunciation) threatening legal action if I didn't call back right away.
A quick online search showed it to be a scammer so I will continue to ignore it. I'm debating calling them back and messing with them but it's not likely worth my time. However, I suppose if they keep calling I'll answer the phone with some persona like a pirate and threaten to keel haul 'em, mateys!

I was called by someone named Keith Martin an "Associate" from the "Treasury Department" asking for my attorney's information to respond to the "enforcement action against me." I asked a LOT of questions and was given "supervisor names" of Roy Jackson, Jordan Miller and Jonathan Edwards, all of which popped up on scam sites. I was then told to call "Legal Officer Brian King" at this phone number so he could explain the enforcement action more thoroughly. This is NOT REAL. Be cautious, people!!

Received the same call as described below. This is the 2nd message- this time more aggressive, but same heavy accent and unclear name. Caller ID said Robert Bayliff. Threatened legal action pending against us and suggested we get a lawyer. Also ended with "Have a blessed day...."
