I had the same exact call today. I knew it was a scam because you could hear the ppl in the back round and I could't understand him his name wa "Adam Walker" when I called the number just to "go along with them for a little" I got a voicemail for "Chris Walker" He ended the call exactly the same "very blessed day." I recorded it on my phone and looked the number up online and it's a landline in the Bronx. I will be going to my police department tomorrow!

Call at 3:34 originated at 800 854-7464 which caller ID Showed as JAZMYN BOODRAM. The caller asked that Joe call him back about a legal matter at 760-666-2353 and when asked, provided the name Keith Martin

Male claiming to be Keith Martin from the Department of Legal Affairs- I have an enforcement that has been started against me and I need to call him and if I dont have time , I need to hire an attorney to do so. The guy has a cross between a Middle Eastern/Boston type accent. Very hard to understand and mispronounced common words. At the end he says to have a Very Blessed day and he looks forward to hearing from me soon. I could hear the chatter of other callers in the background

Keith "Maatin" called for my daughter suggesting that she call back right away because enforcement action had been started against her and this was her and this was her werbal (verbal!) notification! If she was too busy to call back, she better get a lawyer, because she was in for a big legal mess!!! Sounded like he had to pause for someone to give him the call back number! But he did tell her to have a "Blessed Day"... how thoughtful of this lowlife!!!!!

I just got a call from these guys with the caller ID saying it was "Robert Baliff." Being that I didn't recognize it, I ignored it but the voice mail was a laughably thick accent on a poor connection (with even worse pronunciation) threatening legal action if I didn't call back right away.
A quick online search showed it to be a scammer so I will continue to ignore it. I'm debating calling them back and messing with them but it's not likely worth my time. However, I suppose if they keep calling I'll answer the phone with some persona like a pirate and threaten to keel haul 'em, mateys!

When I got the message I called back. I was asked to verify the telephone number where the message was received. A woman advised in very broken English that there were tax monies due for 2011 in my name and the IRS was about to serve a warrant for my arrest. She asked if I had received a letter regarding this legal matter. (Of course, I hadn't.) At that point, the phone connection became stuttered, but the woman offered to "discuss" the matter with me. I told her nothing sounded very official as she avoided answering MY questions, but persisted in requesting info from me. I said I would wait for something official and in writing. She immediately hung up.

He was "Steve Martin" last week, and used a different number. The message is the same, threats that if you don't call back you may be brought before a court, theoretically for something like tax evasion. It's a robocall, so there's no one to yell at if you pick up.
