Caller identified himself as "Jack "Watson" and left a threatening message to call back or "enforcement actions will be started in your name." First clue this was a scam is that he didn't have our correct name. Clearly an intimidation shakedown attempt and highly illegal. We have received the same recorded message two days in a row now.

Said to call back or have my attorney call back or there would be a legal "mess". Said (twice) he was from the "Department of Legal Affairs" but no company name. Hogwash.

I just got three calls today, 12/19/2013, from a "Jennifer White" also with a very thick accent claiming to be from "The Department of Legal Affairs" not mentioning the organization she was with. She called from 559-328-2375.

He called at 7:50 a.m. left a message on my cell phone explaining that" The message was intended for myself and that the very second I receive the message that I or my intend attorney off record during the call the issue at hand is extremely dire sensitive my name is Dustin Johnson and the hard line to my division is 213-261-6494 don't disregard this message and do return the call. Now if you don't return the call and I don't hear from your attorney either the only thing I can do is wish you a good luck as the situation unfolds on you. Goodbye." He had a very strong accent...when he called back my phone dropped call so I returned call and a female with strong accent answers says he is with Legal Affairs division I said I am returning his call can you connect me she says I will have him call you back and hangs up..I call back again always to his "hard line number" now it says mailbox is full no messages can be left. I guess I'll have to take his good luck!!!!

Just told me I had an lawsuit agianst me -- I asked about what he said Oh My GOSH no one told you... He would not give me any information.. told me to call another number--
From the comments I have been reading it sounds like a payday loan is the issue -yes I have taken out one but it is getting paid,,

Indicated unless I made an immediate payment, there had been a warrant for my arrest. I called this morning and talked to "Kevin Peterson". He reiterated an arrest warrant had been issued and when I would not cooperate, he told me they would be arresting me with a warrant in 45 minutes.
