Both of these people said there was a legal actioin filed against me for 5887.00 and they have sent officers to my house in Feb 2015 and Nov 2015. this is Harassment, and i would like to place legal actions against them for constantly calling my phone threating that is i do not pay this amount i will lose my job

Received a call this from number today. With a prerecorded voice it says "Hello, this call is officially a final notice from the IRS, Internal Revenue Service. The for this call to you is to inform you that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against you..." and goes on to say call back this number for more information.

Got a call and was advised me that I was being sued by the IRS. I called the number back and said "I currently work for the IRS, please give me your IR Verification Number and Post ID" The person hung up. Called back again and another person answered and I asked for the same information. He stated... "then you know this is a scam, why are you calling us back - this is a scam and of course we are not going to play it with you". Hang up. Jackass.

This "company" called and left an automated message (sounds robot) stated, " for your retained attorneys record, to return this call the issue is time sensitive, my number 206-866-5789, do not disregard this message and do return the call. Now, if you do not return this call, and I don't hear from hear your attorney either deemly. Then, I can only do is wish you a good luck, as this situation totally involves on you." I called this number, after more than 5 rings, a woman with a heavy accent answered, and asked my name and telephone number. I asked her what is this all about. She said that I called the "IRS". If I know the IRS. I said I do, and I started asking questions, she keeps on asking my personal information, then, she said hold on, and cal disconnected. I'm not sure, if this call is legit, or someone is scamming somebody. Can anybody verify this?
