They said they were the IRS and that I was being sued and that anything I say could be used either in my favor or against me. Caller woudl not give his position, nor did he know about Title 26.

Called with recorded message stating the IRS has a lawsuit against me. 2nd call was today 2/10/16 stating the same thing as 2/9/16. both were recordings, female voice. Did not call back the one from yesterday either.

Got the same now stupid 2nd call stating a law suit from the IRS against me. I am not calling the back as I know it is a scam.

Said they were calling about the IRS and they were suing me. When I called them back they asked me for my info. When I asked why he wouldn't tell me. I asked him numerous times to tell me what their business did only to have him reply "I need your info to pull up your file." He never would tell me what their business did.
